- Kitchen Volunteer Training at SYSCO - Wednesday, September 8 (1:30 to 3:30)Attention Kitchen Coordinators, Cooks and Food Prep Volunteers! SYSCO will be hosting a "cooking class" on Wednesday Sept. 8, at 1:30PM at their facility in Warners NY. For those interested, please sign up at NAMOW. We will meet at NAMOW at 1:00PM to carpool. or 315-452-1402. SPRING GALA 2011 This event will be held May 13, 2011 at the Double Tree Hotel. This event is a major fundraiser for NAMOW. It has a committee that meets several times a year to ensure a successful Gala. GOLF TOURNAMENT This event is held in September. It is a major fundraiser. ANNUAL BOTTLE DRIVES This event is held twice per year at NAMOW and requires a 3-4 hour commitment on the day of the event. ANNUAL GARAGE SALE This event is held in April in the Village of North Syracuse for 3 days. ANNUAL LUNCHEON and VOLUNTEER LUNCHEON These events are oragnized by current volunteers. NORTH SYRACUSE FAMILY FESTIVAL This event is held at the end of May in the Vilage of North Syracuse. NAMOW has a booth and sells a food item in addition to a raffle basket. |
