Our
Wheel a Thon held on June 4th at Onondaga Lake Park raised
$5500.00. The money raised goes towards food and kitchen needs.

- The
wheel-a-thon gives people from all over Upstate New York
a chance to support their local Meals On Wheels.
- Participants
may use any form of non-motorized transportation as long
as it includes a wheel. In-line skates, skateboards, bicycles,
scooters, wheelchairs - and of course - legs.
- On
the day of the event participants will gather at Onondage
Lake Park and skate, bike or stroll over a designated
route.
- A
barbeque by Dinosaur BBQ and live Blues music by Moonpie
will follow. All money raised by volunteers will stay
with their own program.
